a. that in relation to the enactment of Law No. 25/2002 on Establishment of Kepulauan Riau Province and in accordance with provisions in Article 20 paragraph (5) of the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 40/MPP/Kep/1/2003 on Importer Identity Number (API), it is necessary to change Domicile of Provincial Agency of Kepulauan Riau as specified in the List of API Code Numbers in the Attachment IX to the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 40/MPP/Kep/1/2003;
b. that, therefore, it is necessary to issue Decision of the Director General of Foreign Trade.
